Laser Training Day

A day of coaching for Laser Dinghy sailors looking at:
- Boat Setup and Tuning
- Boat Handling
- Race Tactics and Strategy
Sailors need to have their own boat to take part in this training day. Any size Laser rig can be used. Boats should be rigged and ashore at 09:30 to allow the day to start promptly.
