RYA Youth Dinghy Sailing Stage 1 & 2 (5 Days)
Do you want to learn to sail? Then this is the course for you! No experience is necessary, one of our Royal Yachting Association qualified instructors will teach you everything you need to know to go sailing.
You will learn how to rig (put together) your boat, launch it, sail across the lake and back again and put it all away at the end, along with all the bits of background knowledge that make sailing work. This course is focused on the practical side of sailing, with majority of the time spent out on the water!
There is the option to join us for 5 days to work towards RYA Youth sailing Stage 1 & 2, or just the Monday and Tuesday to work towards RYA Youth Sailing Stage 1, or just the Thursday and Friday to work towards RYA Youth Sailing Stage 2!
This course is for children aged 8 and over.
Spinnaker Sailing Club Training Course Fees:
- 5 Day Courses - £350 per person
- 2 Day Courses - £185 per person
To take part in any activities at Spinnaker Sailing Club you must be a member. We have a range of membership options available To take part in training courses our cheapest option is either an Individual or Training Membership for as little as £32 a year!
