Chandlery and Boat Repairs

Our onsite chandlery stocks a selection of rope from Kingfisher Yacht Ropes, as well as fittings from Allen and Clamcleat and assorted fixings and fasteners. These items are available to order online via our webshop, or pop into the club and speak to a member of staff for more advice and help. We hold a stock of common items found on boats sailed at Spinnaker Sailing Club, however if you are after a particular fitting or rope which isn't listed please speak to us as we can probably get it ordered for you very quickly. All orders must be collected in person from Spinnaker Sailing Club.

We are very fortunate that our on-water staff team have between them many years of experience in boat repair (including wooden, grp, frp and rotomoulded plastic) and in working on the rigging of dinghies. The team pride themselves on the quality of their work, as well as the fact that all their services are very competitively priced. So whether you want your new control lines to be continuously spliced, your main sheet tapered or your new burgee holder riveted to the mast they can help you. For smaller/routine jobs (such as splicing of control lines or the riveting of new fittings) we have set prices. While for larger or more complex jobs (such as foil servicing, hull repairs or full re-ropes) please speak to James for an estimate.
