Singlehanded Class Captain's Race Training

For 2024 we are trialling a new format for our Class Captain's Training for our adult sailors. 4 x Sunday mornings are planned, so that following a couple of hours of coaching and practice you can put it into effect in the afternoon racing!
Themes we will be looking at across 2024 include the upwind legs, the downwind legs, starting and tactics.
This training is for sailors aged 18 and over, with some club racing experience sailing a single hander.
