RYA Dinghy Show
The RYA Dinghy & Watersports Show is back at Farnborough this year on 22nd and 23rd February! A number of club members are attending on the Sunday and it has been suggested we meet for coffee at 11am at the Rockley Clubhouse (a central cafe with seating)!

Clubhouse Decorating/Maintenance
The next stage of our club house re-decoration starts on Monday 10th February when our male changing rooms will be decorated. Our Rear Commodore House Ian is also currently reviewing the current seating in the club house, in particular the sofas and comfier seating. If you are considering replacing your sofas and would be open to donating your old ones to our clubhouse please get in touch with Ian.
On Wednesday 5th February (tomorrow) we will also be having our annual boiler service (our boiler is in the female changing rooms).
New Whatsapp Group
We have added a new group to our Whatsapp Community! It's for those members who are interested in Social Sailing to provide a space to see who else is coming along, make plans for coffee afterwards or ask any questions!Join our Whatsapp Community here.
BUSA Southern Qualifiers & Wessex Winter Warmer
This weekend the University of Portsmouth Sailing Club ran a fantastic southern qualifiers, with 19 teams racing and 154 races completed! You can see the results here. 6 Teams who train at Spinnaker Sailing Club competed, with 2 of Southampton's teams qualifying straight to Finals, while Southampton's 3rd team, and one of Portsmouth's teams get a second chance through the Playoffs! Well done everyone!
This weekend is the Wessex Winter Warmer hosted by Southampton University Sailing Club, and there is a team representing Spinnaker Sailing Club! Follow the Spinnaker Sloths live here!
RYA Events - 5th February
On Wednesday 5th February we are hosting a number of session and workshops for the RYA in the clubhouse. These will be running from 9am into the evening. Full access will be available to the changing rooms in this time but access to the main room my be restricted depending on the activities taking place.
