Annual General Meeting and Winter Prizegiving 2022
Don't forget Sunday 4th December we have the Club's Annual General Meeting and Winter Prizegiving starting at 1.30pm! Full details of the AGM including the Notice of AGM/Agenda, nominations for Flag Officer Roles, Annual Financial Accounts and Commodore's end of year report can all be seen on this page in the member's area of our website.
Don't forget everyone who comes to the AGM gets one free drink from the bar!
2023 Racing and Training Programmes!
The Sailing Committee of Spinnaker Sailing Club is very excited to say we have finalised our programme for 2023! There is a huge range of activity planned including Club Racing, Open Meetings, RYA Training Courses and regular coaching opportunities!
Some key changes to the programme compared to 2022 are:
- A new Sunday Afternoon Sprint Handicap Series!
- An expanded offering of adult training/coaching opportunities on Tuesday evenings!
- More Junior/Youth Team Racing opportunities
- Thursday Morning's will continue to have Social Sailing Sessions all year!
- Our Women's Only activity is moving to Tuesday evenings following feedback

It's Getting Colder!
We've all noticed the temperature drop this week. If you are at the Club and it is frosty please be aware the race hut decking area, and the pontoons will be very slippy!
The lake's water temperature is also noticeably dropping, so while it might feel warm(ish) when we are ashore please remember it feels very different when you fall in!
