Boats for Sale

As previously publicised on this website, and via Spinnaker Sailing Club Newsletters, the Club has been working over the last 18 months to sort the dinghy park, and ensure all craft are paid for.
During this process a number of craft have been identified with no recorded owner, and no berthing fees paid. Following a series of steps to make our best efforts to trace the owners of these craft the club has been unsuccessful in establishing communication with the owners. A "Notice of Intent to Dispose" was affixed to these craft, and a 3 month notice period has expired. As the conclusion of this process we are now disposing of these craft on behalf of their owners to recoup money owed to the club for storage and administration of this process.
