The Spinnaker Regatta & Family Fun Day promises to be one of the highlights of the club calendar, bringing together the widest possible cross-section of our membership for a fantastic day on and around the water. Whether you're a regular racer, cruising sailor, novice, junior, parent, grandparent or social member, there will be something for everyone. Expect friendly competition, fun activities, great food (BYO BBQ) and plenty of opportunities to catch up with fellow members while making the most of our wonderful club, facilities and waterside setting. Whatever your age, experience or sailing background, come along and be part of it!

Northern Pontoon

Following feedback about how challenging it can be to pull heavier boats up and down at the northern pontoon (by the Solo berths) we have this week installed some rubber matting as an experiment to see if that makes it easier by providing better grip, and a firmer surface.

RYA Training Courses This Summer

Are you still looking for activities for your children this summer? We have a fantastic range of courses planned this summer from beginner to aspiring racer there is something for everyone! You can see our full programme here.

Rock Up And Race

Rock Up and Race is all about fun, friendly, easily accessible dinghy racing. This week's session is on Wednesday, a perfect way to start the weekend! We'd love to see a few more people give this session a go, so why not try it this Wednesday?

Book on for this week's session here!

Itchenor Schools Week

You may notice this weekend the boat park is slightly emptier than normal as 11 of our Fireflys are adventuring away at Itchenor Schools week, a 3-day event with over 70 Fireflys entered representing multiple schools! James is away with them providing onshore support and keeping sailors in line on Umpire/Jury duty afloat!

How to Stay In Touch

Don't forget a really good way to stay in touch with other members is our Whatsapp Community, there are different groups within the community for each of our main classes, as well as the SYT Parents Group and a Kayaking/Paddleboarding Group.
