Thank You!
A big thank you to everyone who gave up some of their time on Saturday to help with our work party. The club looks fantastic with neatly cut hedges, grass and shore line, a newly painted race hut and a general tidy up!
Autumn Has Arrived
The air temperature has noticeably dropped over the last week has autumnal weather has well and truly arrived now. We thought this would be a good time to remind everyone that from 1st November it is mandatory to wear either a drysuit or long john style wetsuit when on the water (unless in a powerboat). However, we encourage everyone at this time of year to consider whether they are appropriately dresses for them, and if in doubt start wrapping up more warmly!
Blue Green Algae
As some of you will be aware we sadly had to cancel SYT on Sunday due to a combination of algae scum and no wind. The situation with the algae is changing daily, so please keep an eye out for emails and WhatsApp announcements as we keep everyone updated.

Winter Race Programme
Our racing programme has now been updated on our website, taking us through to the end of March. As in the last few years we will race weekly up until mid-December, and then once a month through January, February and March. You can see all the details here.
Suggestions For 2026
Next Monday our Sailing Committee is meeting to plan 2026! To help us do this we would love your feedback, about what you liked, didn't like, or anything you think would be good to try!
Extra RYA Safetyboat Course
We have added another RYA Safetyboat Course to our training programme, this one is slightly different to normal in that it is running across two Saturdays!
You can see more details and sign up here.
