Ivy Lane Road Repairs
Good news! Yesterday repairs were made to some of the potholes along Ivy Lane! This will make accessing the club much easier. Please continue to be cautious whilst driving along Ivy Lane as some potholes remain, the verges have eroded significantly due to recent flooding and there is a lot of slippery leaf mulch on the road.
2024 Membership Renewals
Thank you to everyone who has already renewed their membership for 2024! Annual memberships and boat berths allocations expire on 31st December. There is a discount available on membership renewals if these are completed by 31st January 2024, the prices will increase on 1st February. You can see all the details for your renewal here.
Don't forget their is the option for those of you who have annual memberships to pay by monthly direct debit. If want to pay by monthly direct debit we strongly recommend renewing in December, so that an instalment can be taken in January, spreading the cost over the full 12 months, if you renew in January the total will be due in 11 payments, the first one in February.
If you have a Winter Membership then you will be contacted in March about the options as your membership approaches the end of it's term.
Christmas Social Sailing
Don't forget this Thursday (21st December) is our Christmas Social Sailing! Come and join us on the water from 10.30, before drinks and mince pies afterwards!
New Years Day Race
Our annual New Years Day Race is running once again on 1st January! It is a very fun, simple, and friendly race starting at 12.00, with separate prizes for first junior and first adult!
After racing there will be (more) mince pies and drinks available in the clubhouse.
RYA Instructor Training 2024
We are very happy to be running RYA Instructor Training in 2024! We are running an RYA Dinghy Instructor course in February half term, perfect for those looking to start instructing sailing. Then in March we are running a Race Coach Level 1 course, perfect for qualified instructors looking to develop their race coaching skills.
