Naming of Noble Spirit

It was brilliant to see so many members turn up to thank John Noble with the naming of Noble Spirit on Sunday. We look forward to seeing this boat in use this year and hope it allows members to try out one of our most popular classes!

Easter Sunday Funday!

This Sunday sees our first Funday of the year! Come and join us for a great day of dinghy racing and an Easter Egg Hunt!

Starting at 11am we have an hour of Dinghy Sprint Races! These races are short and fast, typically lasting only 15 minutes so there's lots of fun to be had!

Around 12pm we'll come ashore for a lunch break, and a chance for our younger members to enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt! With the current forecast we are planning a hunt out on the water!

At around 1.15pm we will resume Dinghy Sprint Races until around 3.30pm with a prizegiving at 4pm! To encourage as many members as possible to join the fun all club equipment will be free to use for the racing and egg hunt! Please speak to James on the day to take out a club boat!

Youth Team Racing Training and Firefly Introduction

This Saturday sees an opportunity for our younger members to have an introduction to Team Racing, and try out the Club's Fireflys! This is a great opportunity for them to have a go at this exciting form of dinghy racing, which Spinnaker is well known for! You can book them a space at the link below.

Wednesday Night Racing Returns!

Tomorrow sees our first Wednesday Evening Races of the year! Our Rear Commodore Sailing Tom Clay is Race Officer so expect a great evening of racing, with sunshine forecast as well!

As always the bar will be open after racing for refreshments!

Racing Newsletter
