Club Regatta.

The Cub Regatta took place on Sunday 21st July. The regatta included the previously postponed Double Hander event. Thirty four boats, including fourteen double handers took part on a glorious summers day. Race officer Tom Clay ran four short races to his usual high standard. The double handed event was won by James Oborne and Ellie in the white firefly, pursued bythe father and son Musselwhite team representing Salisbury Sea Cadets in an RS 200, the Junior event by Jack and Billy in an RS Feva. XL and the adult regatta was won by Rear Commodore House Ian Matthews in his Solo. A special mention goes to the Assinder-Morris family who competed as a double double handed entry, with little Joan as probably the youngest entrant at not quite two and a half.
