Winter Programme
Our winter programme is coming together! The winter racing programme is now on the website and can be viewed in the Calendar.
Following the popularity of last year's Winter Wednesday Chats we are looking to repeat this for 2021/2022 in the clubhouse! Look out for more details soon.
We are also currently finalising training opportunities for youth and adult sailors over the winter period, and again will have more news soon!
Club Survey
To help the Main and Sailing Committees plan effectively for 2022 and beyond, please could we ask all members to complete our annual members survey. A link has been emailed to all members, if you have not received this please get in touch with the office. Please feel free to skip any questions you feel are not relevant to yourself (there are only 10).
The more responses we receive, and the more feedback, the more we can tailor the plans for the club to what members would like to see happen! Remember it is your club so have your say.
Ivy Lane Overgrown Trees
We are aware of the increasingly overgrown and low hanging trees in Ivy Lane. We have been in communication with the Highways Department at Hampshire Country Council who are responsible for maintaining Ivy Lane.
We are currently awaiting a response from them following a visit by one of their surveyors.
How To Stay Up To Date!
There are several ways the club communicates about what is going on. We have our weekly club newsletter (this one), our weekly racing newsletter (sign up by speaking to James), our Club Facebook Page, Club Instagram Account, as well as various Whatsapp groups run by the Racing Class Captains, and Emma for our SYT Parents!
We want our members to be as informed about what is going on as possible, so if you would like to join any of the Whatsapp groups or be added to any of the newsletters please get in touch!
