Memorial Race and Fish & Chips
Tomorrow is our annual Memorial Race in aid of Macmillan Caring Locally, followed by fish & chips. The final race of the Wednesday A Handicap Series will start at 17.45, the Memorial Race starts at 18.53, then fish & chips is at 20.30 with prizegiving straight after.

Our Summer holiday RYA courses are booking up fast! We have a great programme of courses available to suit every level of sailor from beginner to racer and aspiring instructor as well as our youth windsurfing courses.
If you would like more information about which courses are available please look at the calendar on our website or speak to one of the instructor team.
5mph Speed Limit
You may have noticed that new speed limit signs were recently installed near the club sheds, on the approach to the north car park. Can we please remind all members and users of Spinnaker Sailing Club that the 5mph limit applies as soon as you exit the tarmac of Ivy Lane, onto the club's drive. To enter our club from Ivy Lane the drive crosses a long distance footpath, made of gravel. This speed limit helps protect members of the public, other club users, and our gravel drive surface.
New To Us Firefly Flight
You may remember a few months ago we excitedly shared the news that we had purchased a second flight of Fireflys to support our team racing activities from Oxford University Sailing Club. Last week James was very excited to collect the final boat from the Ksail workshops where they had been receiving some TLC ahead of being put to use at Spinnaker Sailing Club.
With all 6 now on site and ready for use we are looking forward to their first competitive sailing on Thursday afternoon when we are hosting a team racing match between Bryanston and Sherborne Schools!
