ILCA Open This Saturday
Saturday 13th April sees our annual ILCA/Laser Open. Entry is open until Friday lunch time and it's always a great day of racing! It's just £15 to enter, including refreshments after racing!

Spinnaker Youth Training Returns This Week!
We are very excited that this Sunday Spinnaker Youth Training will restart for 2024! We currently have 24 young sailors signed up and may be joined by a couple more still! An email was sent to everyone booked on yesterday with more information.
Galley Refurbishment and Bar Update
We were delighted that our builders were able to start work early on Monday 8th April with the work on our Galley! This is causing minor disruption to our club house but all the normal facilities are still available.
As well as the new layout we will shortly be stocking a new range of beers! Following the closure of Ringwood Brewery's Ringwood site we have been investigating where we can source our beer from. We are very excited that we will shortly be stocking beers from the Andwell Brewery Company! Once our last bit of stock from Ringwood has been sold (is it now a collector's item?) we will have our new range for sale on Wednesday evening's and other selected times!
Let's Go Sailing!
Our Tuesday evening sessions "Let's Go Sailing" are back from 16th April! Starting at 6pm there are a range of groups you can book into as an adult to help develop your sailing skills.

Rescheduled Class Captains Race Practice
Following the windy weather this weekend the decision was taken to postpone the Class Captain's session looking at starts to Sunday 21st April. This session will run from 10.00-12.30, so perfect to warm up before racing begins at 1pm! You can book your spot here. Please note this training is for singlehanders sailed by over-18s only.
Join The Spinnaker Sloths!
Also on Sunday 21st April our "Spinnaker Sloths" team racers will be heading out for a practice in the club fireflys and would like to welcome more members to join them and see why they love this exciting form of racing so much! They will rig and launch for 10am so that parents can help get their SYT sailors ready. Just turn up and meet them by the fireflys.
